Description
nchor intends to appoint one bidder per lot, as detailed below, suppliers can bid for more than one lot. The successful bidders will be responsible for delivering the following:
Lot 1- Fresh Supply of Dairy, Bakery, Fruit, Vegetables, Meat, Fish (Frozen)
Lot 2- Frozen Ambient and Chilled Supply of Food
Lot 3- Commercial Supply of Goods (Cafe/Restaurant)
The successful bidders will be required to provide National coverage. (Mainland England only, refer to document “Location List”)
How to engage
1.1.1 This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Pack is issued by Anchor Hanover Group (AHG) to gather insights from the market prior to procuring national food ingredients. The purpose is to understand supplier capability, risks, innovations, pricing approaches, and operational expectations. 1.1.2 Anchor manages a national care and housing portfolio, within which around 140 sites are included in scope for this project. These consist of: i. Care Homes ii. Retirement Villages iii. Independent Living Locations The sessions will be run between the 28th of April and 1st May on Microsoft Teams.
