Establishment of a multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of civils and Infrastructure core works

Construction, Repair and Maintenance of natural stone high quality surfaces, street furniture and decorative items including: -

Granite kerbs, granite setts, caithness slabs

Stainless steel bollards, signage, seating, cycle racks, etc

Water Sensitive Urban Design including Rain Gardens; installation of planting beds as part of the surface water drainage scheme

Planting Areas: installation of other planting beds as part of public realm works

Street Trees: to include all underground infrastructure to support tree to maturity

Works may also include elements of the following: -

Carriageway and Footway Construction and Re-Construction (Bituminous and Concrete)

Carriageway and Footway Resurfacing (Bituminous and Concrete)

Carriageway and Footway Patching (Bituminous and Concrete)

Insitu Recycling

Street Lighting

Drainage (pipes and fittings, ironwork, proprietary ironwork repair systems, catchpits, inspection chamber, culverts, drain cleaning, sump emptying and CCTV surveys)

Earthworks / Remediation

Site Clearance

Signing / Lining

Traffic Management

Utility diversions

Traffic signal installations

Fencing

Barriers

Installation of bus and cycling infrastructure e.g. shelters, RTPI, orcas and specialist surfacing works.
