Cleaning Services

The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) requires the Contractor to provide a comprehensive, professional cleaning service throughout the Scottish Parliament Premises, both internally and externally, to fully maintain the Premises to the standards as detailed within the Specification document.

For this contract, the minimum cyber security requirement will be Cyber Essentials certification (or equivalent).

The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason:

Due to the nature of this requirement, the sub contracting element will be minimal.
