Oakland Rise Soft Facilities Management

Notting Hill Genesis intends to procure a single service provider (for a 4-year duration) with the option to extend up to two periods of one-year each. Notting Hill Genesis are looking to enter a long-term contract with a single service provider to provide a soft facilities management service at various times (Monday – Sunday) at its new Estate Oakland Rise, located in North London. The services include a combination of Concierge, Security, Window Cleaning, General Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and External Grounds Maintenance.

There are a total of 605 homes that will comprise of 242 affordable homes, 61 social rent,45 rent homes and 136 shared ownership as well as 203 market rent homes 160 market .
