Description
Linc-Cymru Housing Association Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified, skilled and accredited organisation to provide servicing, repairs and maintenance including statutory safety checks of domestic and commercial heating and hot water systems (HHWS) located in Linc’s properties. Linc proposes to establish a contract of two (2) lots for these requirements.
Lot 1: Domestic HHWS covering approximately 3 500 HHWS appliances of varying fuel types; and
Lot 2: Commercial and communal HHWS covering approximately twenty-three (23) HHWS appliances and plant.
