Security Services for Hampshire Buildings — Educational and Non Educational

Hampshire County Council (HCC) is inviting tenders from all suitably experienced and qualified security services suppliers, to enter into a comprehensive contract for the provision of security services from a single supplier across the estate on a 5 + 2-year contract basis. Comprehensive security will cover but is not exclusively limited to the following areas:

• static security guarding – day patrols and/or night patrols;
• mobile security guarding – day patrols and/or night patrols;
• temporary electronic surveillance and intruder alarm systems;
• key holding;
• gate keeping and lock up;
• buddy service (with or without pick-up);
• emergency response to provide security to vulnerable sites after a threat has been identified, or after an event such as a break in, fire or flood;
• 24/7 control room operation;
• CCTV monitoring.
