Lancashire County Developments Ltd (LCDL) is a company limited by guarantee which is part of Lancashire County Council's Economic Development Service. LCDL provides accommodation solutions to businesses at White Cross Business Park, Lancaster and Lancashire Business Park, Leyland. The Business Parks are run on a commercial basis and administer a service charge to enable the delivery of various services for the benefit of all tenants on the estate. LCDL require a manned security service at the business parks to protect the property on site and prevent unauthorised access to the premises.
