The opportunity is split into three Lots and full details of the opportunity are provided in the specification documents within this tender. Bidders may apply for 1,2 or all 3 Lots:
Lot 1: Corporate Building Cleaning and Sheltered Scheme Cleaning for Colchester City Council and Colchester Borough Homes. Lot 2: Corporate Building Cleaning for Braintree District Council. Lot 3: Corporate Building Cleaning for Tendring District Council
The contract will expire 31st March 2029, but with the option of 2 x 1 year extensions which will be subject to satisfactory performance.
