Everything in Pro, for everyone on the team

Each person gets their own dashboard, saved searches and morning alerts, so everyone sees the tenders for their own patch.

Track a tender once and the whole team can see it. Shared notes keep what you know, and who is doing what, on the tender itself rather than lost in an email thread.

  • Up to 20 seats on one subscription
  • Shared notes on tracked tenders
  • Invite colleagues in a minute, and remove them when they leave

Every buyer contact, in one place

The contact directory brings together the contacts buyers publish in their tender notices: procurement teams and named leads at public bodies across the UK and Ireland.

Search by name, buyer or department, narrow it by buyer type, region or sector, and export what you need to CSV for your own CRM.

See what your competitors win

Follow the suppliers you compete with and TenderSignal tells you when they win a contract: who awarded it, what it was worth and when.

A weekly digest rounds up their awards, so you can see where they are strong, which buyers they work for and which of their contracts will come back out next.

Expiring contracts in every sector

Watch a contract and you get an alert when it goes live as a new tender, with time to prepare already behind you.

  • Contracts coming back out in every sector
  • The current supplier, the value and the end date

Common questions

How does the Business trial work?

Start from this page and your account gets 14 days of Business, with no card. Invite your colleagues and try it together. When the trial ends the account moves to Free, unless you subscribe.

How many people can use one subscription?

Up to 20, for £99 a month + VAT. Each person has their own login, dashboard and alerts. Need more than 20 seats? Email [email protected].

Where do the contacts come from?

From the tender notices buyers publish themselves. We never buy contact lists, and our privacy policy explains how we handle them and how anyone listed can ask to be removed.

What is the difference between Pro and Business?

Pro, at £39 a month + VAT, is for one person: every match each morning, buyer contacts on tenders and buyer pages, and renewals in your sectors. Business adds up to 20 seats, shared notes, the contact directory with CSV export, competitor intelligence and expiring contracts in every sector.

Can we move from Pro to Business later?

Yes, from your billing page, on the same subscription. The change takes effect straight away and is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
