Add deadlines to your calendar
Updated 2 Oct 2026
Create your private calendar link under Settings, Integrations, then subscribe in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
Your calendar feed puts the deadline of every tender you watch into the calendar you already use. Subscribe once and it stays up to date as you watch new tenders and as deadlines move. It is included on every plan.
Create your calendar link
- Open Integrations from your account menu, or go to Settings and choose Integrations.
- Under Calendar, find the Calendar feed card and click Create my calendar link.
- Your private link appears. Click Copy link to copy it.
Subscribe in your calendar
Once the link exists, the card shows three buttons:
- Add to Google Calendar opens Google Calendar ready to subscribe.
- Add to Outlook opens Outlook on the web (work or school accounts).
- Open in Apple Calendar opens the feed in Apple Calendar.
Subscribing is what keeps the calendar updated, so use these buttons or your calendar's own option to subscribe by link, rather than importing a file once.
What appears in your calendar
- One entry for each watched tender, on its deadline, titled "Deadline:" followed by the tender name. The entry shows the buyer and links back to the tender.
- A reminder two days before each deadline, as a calendar alert.
- Only tenders on your watchlist. Tenders you have not watched are not included, and a tender you stop watching disappears from the calendar.
- Cancelled tenders drop out.
Calendars refresh a subscribed link every few hours, so a newly watched tender can take a little while to show.
Keep your link private
Anyone who has your link can see your watched deadlines. If you share it by accident, or want to start again:
- Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Calendar.
- Click Regenerate link to make a new one. The old link stops working, and calendars using it stop updating, so subscribe again with the new link.
- Or click Turn off to switch the feed off completely.
You are asked to confirm each time.
Good to know
- The feed shows tenders you watch. To add one, see Watch a tender. Free accounts can watch up to 3.
- For an email as well, see Deadline reminders.
- If you subscribed to an older calendar link from your profile notifications, create a new link here instead.
- Until you create a link, the card shows Create my calendar link instead of a link.
