C314 (2027) Supply of Gasket Kits

NIE Networks wishes to establish a Framework Agreement and appoint supplier(s) for the supply and delivery of gaskets to facilitate maintenance and replacement of plant and switchgear which may be required as part of fault investigations and repairs. NIE Networks has a rolling maintenance programme for plant and switchgear to maintain and prolong the lifespan of its assets. Many of the assets require disassembly in order to undertake the maintenance. Once the maintenance has been completed, the existing gaskets are replaced during assembly.

Procurement Route: Procurement Act – Competitive Flexible

Contract Duration: The Framework Agreement period is five years with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a further three years.
