Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide – One HGV Gritter Wagons and Snow Plough Vehicle Hire to Shared Fleet services to be carried out between Dec 2026 and March 2026].

QUICK QUOTE REQUEST: DOI Fleet Services – One HGV Gritter Wagons and Snow Plough Vehicle Hire Ref: GVH02

• The hire companies must be able to provide one HGV Gritter Wagons and snow ploughs. The hire term is 4 months as per the specification.
• The hire vehicles specifications are on 6+m3 dry spread 4x4 gritting trucks and plough or equivalent.
• The cost of the hire is to be booked through DOI Fleet Services for the Highways Division.
• The hire company must be able to demonstrate Fleet Hire management and support, Hire support in the event of vehicle breakdowns, Technical & Training support and back up.

The attached documentation consists of:

• The Quick Quote Request Document - Gritter Quick Quote 2026
• IOM Govt Standard Terms & Conditions.

The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 16th Nov 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 23rd Nov 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline.

Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.

After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.

If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.
