Ballyfermot FET College South Campus – Emergency Electrical Upgrade and Fire Improvement Works - Phase 1

Emergency electrical upgrade and fire improvement works to the existing operational further education campus, comprising phased full electrical strip-out and rewiring; replacement of main and sub-distribution, containment, small power, LED and emergency lighting, fire alarm, ICT/data, Wi-Fi infrastructure, CCTV, access control/security and lightning protection; fire compartmentation, fire stopping, fire doors/screens, fire-resisting enclosures, associated builders work, testing, commissioning, certification, and making good internal finishes. The Works are to be planned and executed in multiple phases while maintaining the College operations, life-safety systems, emergency routes and continuity of essential services.
