Description
[ESTATES & FACILITIES] Provision of Fleet Related Plant Equipment Repairs & Maintenance Services across the Northumbria Police estate.
The requirement includes:
Planned preventative maintenance. Reactive repairs. Emergency breakdown support. PUWER inspections. LOLER inspections. Calibration services. Compliance certification. Supply and installation of replacement parts. Supply and installation of replacement equipment where required. Asset management and lifecycle support.
The current asset portfolio comprises more than 250 Fleet, Workshop, Compliance, Lifting and Cleaning Equipment assets located across multiple operational sites.
Assets include:
Vehicle lifts. Brake testers. Wheel balancers. Tyre changers. Compressors. Lubrication systems. Exhaust extraction systems. Calibration equipment. Lifting equipment. Cleaning equipment including scrubber dryers, buffers, carpet cleaners and foggers.
The proposed contract term is 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-month periods.
Pre-market engagement is being undertaken to validate market capability, procurement routes and specification requirements.
