Light Touch Framework for Care Homes for Adults

Description

This Framework is for Care Home placements including Residential and Nursing Care. These services will cover adults over 18 years of age in Oxfordshire, although most of the Individuals using these services are likely to be older adults. The services will cover Short Stay, which includes: planned and unplanned placements, respite and emergency admissions, and permanent placements. Care Homes must be within the Oxfordshire border.
