Description

[Business and corporate management consultation services] Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint an Integrated Strategic Estates Partner to support the Trust’s long-term estates strategy. The partner will provide multidisciplinary expertise across masterplanning, Development Control Planning, demand and capacity modelling, strategic estates planning, options appraisal, funding and commercial strategy, and HM Treasury Five Case business cases. The initial commission will focus on the Southend site Masterplan, Development Control Plan and Vision, with further services across the Trust’s estate commissioned as required.
