Rugby Borough Council is undertaking Soft Market Testing to understand whether there is credible market interest in the potential restoration, operation and long-term management of Brandon Stadium for speedway, stock car racing and associated community uses.

The purpose of this exercise is to gather structured market intelligence. It is intended to test market appetite, viability, deliverability, operator capability, funding evidence, commercial realism, governance requirements, potential delivery structures, information requirements and the likely role expected of the Council.
