North Lincolnshire Council is establishing a series of Frameworks to provide flexible, compliant and commercially robust mechanisms for the delivery of construction, maintenance, repair and infrastructure services across its estate and wider asset portfolio

Minor Works, Repair & Maintenance Mechanical

Mechanical works; including but not limited to ventilation and boiler work some incidental electrical and building work may be included:

Work for the authority's repairs and maintenance function and minor works

Work relating to schools, offices, private/public building and housing; and non-housing Authority owned buildings and any other buildings the Authority may be engaged to manage and/or carry out work

Reactive maintenance at short notice in some cases one hour response and 24/7 cover

Can include Contractor design in part or whole
