Description
Community HIV Service Service Specification 2027-2029 The aim of the Community HIV Service (henceforth the Service) is to help reduce the incidence and prevalence of HIV in Somerset, reduce late diagnosis of HIV and enable people living with HIV (PLWHIV) to thrive. The Service will need to be sex-positive and provide evidence-based interventions to support people with a higher risk of acquiring HIV to make informed, healthy and responsible choices around their sexual health.
