Experience in providing service charges for both tenants and leaseholders.
Mapping out land and reviewing leases to ensure that service charges are correctly apportioned.
Experience on MRI and could lead on the implementation of a newly purchased service charge module.
Extensive knowledge of S20, processes and legislation.
Experience in tenant and leaseholder engagement and would be willing to attend open day events.
Translate complex financial information to clear and concise recommendations
