Swindon Borough Council are looking to engage with an experienced contractor for the supply and installation of UPVC windows and composite doors that will adhere to new Building Regulation requirements for thermal efficiency / fire escape and ventilation The contract will be for a period of 2 Years with optional 2 year + 2 year extension periods and is estimated to commence 1st June 2027. Estimated contract spend is between £9,900,000.

00 - £9,940,000. 00 ex vat across the initial 2 year term and £29,700,000. 00 - £29,820,000.
