sportscotland seeks a provider to lead the strategic review and refresh of Sport for Life, covering evidence analysis, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, strategic options and strategy drafting. The commission also includes implementation planning, an outcomes and performance framework, and knowledge transfer, supporting launch readiness in April 2028, subject to agreed approvals.
