Development of an Interreg Smooty Project Regional Mobility Readiness Framework and Evidence-Based Framework for assessing rural settlement networks for the Southern Region.

The objective of this tender is to support the Southern Regional Assembly in the delivery of the SMOOTY Project through the preparation of a comprehensive: Rural Sustainable Mobility Readiness Framework and Data-Driven Rural Settlement Network Assessment Framework. This will be aligned with the objectives of the Interreg SMOOTY project to support policy-makers in planning mobility in low density rural areas. This must also be cognisant of RPO 29 of the Southern Region's Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy.
