Provision of a wood chipper for use in Killarney National Park

The Contracting Authority requires a tracked wood chipper specifically suited to operation on steep, uneven and challenging terrain. A conventional fixed tracked undercarriage will not satisfy the requirement. The machine must incorporate an adjustable track/levelling system capable of independently compensating for variations in ground level between the tracks and allowing adjustment of the machine's operating height/attitude to improve stability on uneven terrain. Equivalent systems providing the same or superior functional performance will be accepted.
