HDC-1714 WADKINS PAVILION REFURBISHMENT

Harborough District Council are seeking suppliers who are able to carry out refurbishment works at Wadkins Pavilion, Houghton & Thurnby Cricket Club, including replacement of the roof covering, concrete repairs, drainage repair works, refurbishment of the changing and shower facilities, installation of a new accessible WC, replacement windows and associated internal redecoration and fit out works. Regarding the proposal that the Function Room glazing position is adjusted, this is likely to require some changes to the Mechanical and Electrical installation details in the Function Room. The details of these changes are being finalised with Harborough District Council. If changes are confirmed during the tender period then a tender addendum will be issued with the details of these changes.
