Aston University is undertaking preliminary market engagement for Project Phoenix, an integrated programme of safety-critical works within the EBRI building. The programme covers gas detection systems, Building Management System upgrades and integration, emergency power-off and life-safety works, gas store works, laboratory ventilation controls, and associated electrical, mechanical, civil and structural works.
