Description
Newport City Council is carrying out an under threshold open tender process which will is advertised via Sell2Wales and eTenderWales.
The proposed project will deliver a new floodlit 3G artificial grass pitch at Tredegar Park Recreation Ground to address identified deficiencies in junior football and rugby training provision across Newport. The scheme has been identified as a key priority within Newport City Council’s Playing Pitch Strategy (2026–2036) and has also been included within the forthcoming Local Football Facility Plan developed in partnership with the Football Association of Wales (FAW) and Cymru Football Foundation (CFF).
