TVCA-PROC-0871 - Lot 1 - Redcar Active Travel Schemes - ECI and Delivery

Construction work for highways, roads. Highways engineering services. Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group have undertaken a Further Competition via NEPO 211 Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Works Framework for the delivery of the Middlesbrough and Redcar Active Travel Schemes under the City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) programme. The works comprise Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and subsequent construction across a portfolio of schemes. The procurement was split into two Lots:

Lot 2: Middlesbrough •Green Lane •Stainton Way TVCA has entered into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement per Lot which provides for Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) services relating to the development of the schemes including support for detailed design development, buildability advice, cost input, risk mitigation and programme optimisation.
