Internal Audit Service Lifestone Homes

Lifestone Homes Limited wishes to appoint an Internal Audit Service Provider to undertake the provision of internal audit services across the Group. The Contract is intended to commence prior to the start of the 2027/28 financial year to facilitate mobilisation and planning activities required to deliver services from 2027/28 onwards. The Contract will be awarded for an initial three (3) year term, with the option to extend for up to two additional years on a (1 + 1) year basis (3 + 1 + 1) to total five years (5).

The scope of services to be delivered under the Contract will be to provide an independent and objective internal audit service to the Group and its subsidiaries, including the delivery of a risk-based internal audit programme, assurance reviews and related advisory services. Services shall be undertaken in accordance with current Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) and relevant sector best practice, providing assurance to the Board, Audit and Risk Committee, and Executive Team on the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control arrangements.
