Education System - Market Engagement

Newcastle City Council (‘the Council’) currently uses MRI Education as the LA’s central pupil database and case management system. It is used to store information relating to children from birth and supports statutory LA processes in all education services including, but not limited to Educational Needs, School Admissions, Exclusions and Attendance.

Our existing contractual arrangements are due to expire 31.03.2027, the contract has a further 2 x 12 month options to extend. To support with the renewal of this contract, The Council are looking to carry out early Market Engagement
