Request For Quote - Public Health - Gambling Harms Prevention Programme

Bolton Council Public Health is seeking a provider to deliver a comprehensive Gambling Harms Prevention Programme to support the delivery of the OHID Gambling Harms Prevention Grant. The programme will adopt a whole-system, public health approach to gambling harms prevention, with a focus on:

• Building local intelligence and understanding of need.
• Strengthening workforce capability and system response.
• Increasing community awareness and reducing stigma.
• Improving early identification and referral pathways.
• Informing future commissioning and investment decisions. The provider will work closely with Bolton Council Public Health, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), Bolton’s Alcohol, Drugs and Gambling Harms Alliance and key local stakeholders, including those with lived experience and affected others throughout delivery.
