Description
London Borough of Hackney is a Member of the Fusion21 Members Consortium. This procurement is a Further Competition call off contract, under Lot 7 of the Fusion21’s Heating, Renewables and Electrical Framework (Contract Notice 2023/S 000-028807 2024/S 000-003257).
The tender is for provision of Domestic Electrical Servicing of tenanted properties across LBH housing stock, to support its DLO team in addressing a backlog of work. The detailed requirements are defined in Appendix 1 Scope and Specification. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in June 2026. The term of the contract is 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
