***PLEASE NOTE THAT SUPPLIERS ALREADY ACCEPTED ON TO THE TRANSPORT DPS DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY AND DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY ACTION - THIS REISSUE OF THE TRANSPORT DPS ON THE PROACTIS SYSTEM IS TO ALLOW FOR THE CONTINUATION OF NEW APPLICATIONS *** Flintshire County Council (the Council) established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Passenger Transport in 2017. The DPS remains open for new applications. Under the DPS Service Providers operate, who are fully capable of providing safe, high quality, responsive and cost effective passenger transport services, to include Local Bus Services Routes, Mainstream Education, SEN, Music Services, Post 16, Short Term Care, Children's and Adult Services, Emergency Cover Contingency Arrangements and Community Based Transport.

Suppliers must meet The Council’s selection criteria (PQQ) in order to be admitted onto the DPS. Individual contracts are awarded during the second stage of the process. Individual contracts are awarded via further competition, with all suppliers successfully admitted to the DPS invited to participate in all calls for further competition via the Proactis Source to Contract Portal.
