IA3926 Framework Agreement for Supply, Installation, Repairs and Maintenance of Tarmacadam

The framework is to provide Staffordshire County Council and it’s partners with an agreed schedule of work rates for the Supply, Installation, Repairs and Maintenance of Tarmacadam and other Surfaces on Council buildings and grounds mainly within Staffordshire. The scope of the agreement also includes playground/surface markings and fixed equipment (e. g.

benches, canopies, lighting, charging points etc). Although projects will normally range between £20,000 and £60,000 in value, there will be projects both under £20,000 and over £60,000 with no planned upper or lower limit of any job value. The Supplier shall carry out all works to recognised standards (BS 8000 or equivalent) within the construction industry.

This will include workmanship, standard of materials and equipment used to carry out the works. The Supplier will endeavour to match or better the quality and standard of workmanship and materials of the existing building and adjacent works.
