Description
Lincolnshire County Council is seeking to award a call-off contract under the ESPO 664_25 Consultancy Services Framework (Lot 4b) for the provision of specialist consultancy support to Adult Care & Community Wellbeing (ACCW). The consultancy will support the development and implementation of a Practice and Performance Framework, including performance management, service improvement, demand forecasting, financial sustainability, and organisational transformation activities. The contract has been awarded to Channel 3 Consulting through a compliant framework direct award process.
No further competition is being undertaken under this requirement. The contract value is £238,719 excluding VAT for the period 31 August 2026 to 20 November 2026. The supplier was selected in accordance with the framework terms and award methodology.
