CW Datacentre Replacement Platform Procurement

[Information technology services] Trust's underlying physical server infrastructure is based on Dell VXrail technology. This goes ends of life in September 2027 which means we will no longer be able to support this technology regards software updates required to maintain security. Our hypervisor solution, VMware, which is used to provide the virtual server environment will no longer be supported on VXrail technology. We have begun work on identifying replacement technology along with our APG colleagues. We have engaged Procurement on route to market. We plan to begin the tender process in July with new hardware being installed by December 2026 to allow transfer of services to the new platform before September 2027
