Description
London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC), working with participating UK University Purchasing Consortia, is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the development and procurement of a new Waste Management Services Framework Agreement (EFM5095 LU).
The future Framework is anticipated to cover a range of waste management and related services, including Total Waste Management; General & Recycling Waste Services; Hazardous, Chemical & Radioactive Waste; Clinical & Pharmaceutical Waste; Confidential Waste; and IT Asset Disposal / Reuse, Recycling & Disposal.
As part of the new Framework, LUPC intends to incorporate IT Asset Disposal services currently provided through a separate IT Equipment Reuse, Recycling & Disposal Framework Agreement.
The final scope, structure and number of Lots have not yet been determined. LUPC is therefore seeking feedback from suppliers and other interested market participants to help inform the procurement strategy, scope, structure, service requirements, pricing and commercial approach for the future Framework.
A Supplier Engagement Questionnaire has been made available via Microsoft Forms, with a link provided in the Engagement Description section of this notice. Suppliers and other interested organisations are encouraged to participate and provide feedback on the proposed approach.
