Description
The Contracting Authority invites tenders for the construction and development of an Outdoor Rehabilitation Space at Clontarf Hospital. The project comprises the provision of accessible therapeutic, recreational and biodiversity-enhancing features, including but not limited to:
- Rehabilitation exercise loop
- Resin-bound gravel pathways
- Wet-pour safety surfacing
- Artificial grass putting green
- Recreational activity areas
- Native tree and hedgerow planting
- Biodiversity and wildflower planting areas
- Seating and rest areas
- Site furniture and ancillary equipment
- Associated landscape and civil works The successful Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision and associated services necessary to complete the works
