CS2458 Parent Carer Forum

Parent Carer Forums are representative groups of parents and carers of children and young people with disabilities who work alongside local authorities, education, health and other services to help ensure that planned, commissioned, delivered and monitored services meet the needs of families (SEND Code of Practice 2015, para. 1.13). The forum gathers lived-experience and works in partnership with local services and supports effective co-production to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families. We are undertaking early market engagement to inform our commissioning intentions for the Parent Carer Forum (PCF). This questionnaire aims to gather insights from potential suppliers and stakeholders regarding market capability, best-practice approaches, and delivery models.
