Extension terms: The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years. The Authority may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract for a further period of up to three (3) years, exercisable in annual increments of one (1) year. Extension options are: Extension 1: 12 months Extension 2: 12 months Extension 3: 12 months Any extension will be subject to satisfactory supplier performance, continued business need, availability of funding and the Authority's approval processes. The Authority is under no obligation to exercise any extension option.
