The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework for the provision of PAS 2035 Retrofit Consultants Services covering Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Designer and Retrofit Evaluator roles for use by its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within England and Wales

The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Providers per Lot able to provide the full requirements.
