We require the following to support our water supply portfolio: •Dedicated Account Manager •Online portal where we can manage our account online, view our bills, balance, transactions and consumption with full reporting functionality •Monthly consolidated invoicing that are itemised at site level.

We have several billing addresses across the business. •Straightforward switch process with minimum disruption •Water efficiency services including AMR, leak detection and contingency planning.
