Description
The purpose of the commission is to provide a robust and up to date evidence base and assessment of landscape sensitivity to inform the appropriate location of future development allocations. - Task 1: Landscape sensitivity assessment to understand the resilience of local landscapes to accommodate development.
- Task 2: Fringe assessments to consider whether a spatial policy
designation is an appropriate approach to protect the character, identity and setting of fringe settlements.
