Commercial heating supply agreement for Bradford Magistrates Court via Bradford Heat Network
Full description
Direct award contract for the provision of district heating and hot water to Bradford Magistrates Court, with a duration of 20 years. This is to be supplied following connection to the Bradford Heat Network.
This agreement covers ongoing supply of district heating and hot water only. A separate contract was signed for works related to connection to the heat network.
Purchasing heat from district heat operators is a key plank in decarbonising the MOJ and HMCTS estates and contributes to achieving the Greening Government Commitments (GGC) and the MOJ’s ambition to achieve net zero carbon by 2050 or earlier.
