Contract to support the mental health and wellbeing needs of school and college leaders across England, and to contribute to the development, delivery, and evaluation of an ambitious government support programme.
The programme objectives are:
- To prevent the onset of mental health difficulties, by taking action to support the wellbeing of school and college leaders in England.
- To support school and college leaders experiencing mental health and wellbeing difficulties who do not have access to independent support by plugging the gap in provision.
- To promote and improve the quality of mental health and wellbeing support for school and college leaders by helping to stimulate the market and support capacity building.
