Description
CHIC wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a number of legal advisers in relation to legal services and are interested in receiving applications from organisations that wish to submit a tender ("Tenderers") for the following lots:
- Lot 1: Corporate, Governance and Finance
- Lot 2: Housing and Asset Management
- Lot 3: Development
- Lot 4: Property
Full description
Scope of service for Lot 1 (Corporate Governance and Finance ) requirement includes but not limited to the provision of legal advisory services for :Banking and finance including the raising of bank funding, capital markets issuance and hedging arrangements, Charging and security work, Development draw down funding (including contracts with the HCA / GLA), Corporate governance , New business opportunities, Acquisitions and disposals .
