The agency will be expected to deliver an 'audience first' approach to meeting communications objectives. Campaigns could be across various subjects including, but not limited to, the below:
- Levelling Up campaign;
- Housing campaign;
- Social Housing Complaints campaign;
- Rough Sleeping;
- Antisocial behaviour;
- Homes for Ukraine campaign.
