Tamworth Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced consultant to prepare a borough-wide Heritage Assessment to support the emerging Tamworth Borough Local Plan 2022-2043. The emerging local plan is currently being consulted on at Regulation 19 and includes proposed allocations for development, some of which have the potential to directly or indirectly affect designated and non-designated heritage assets, including their settings.
