Description
MGHA wish to appoint an interim contractor to deliver their gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated works contract to domestic and commercial properties whilst undertaking a procurement for a long term contract. It is intended that the contract will start on 10 July 2017 and will run for 12 months with a possible extension of a further 6 months. The maximum duration is therefore 18 months. The estimated value of the interim contract is GBP 150,000 per annum.
