Description
The purpose of this service is to provide safe, suitable, and immediately available emergency accommodation for individuals, couples or households who require urgent placement due to homelessness, crisis, or risk of harm. The service will operate on a spot-purchase basis, enabling the Authority to secure accommodation flexibly and at short notice.
